2019 Vintage
The Good Guys Take:
If you like Sauvignon Blanc, this one’s for you. If you don’t like Sauvignon Blanc, it’s for you too. A very particular and grown up take on the variety. From grapes grown on the West Coast where they thrive, this wine was fermented in both new and old oak, and blended with a dash of Semillon for even greater complexity.

TASTING NOTES
Pale straw in colour with a fresh and invigorating nose. The wine displays aromas of sour pineapple, fresh honeydew cantaloupe, Packham’s pears and an underlying creamy richness from extended lees contact. This complex and multidimensional wine will develop in both the glass and the bottle with time. Decant slowly to ensure optimum drinking pleasure.
The complexity of the Koetshuis promises excellent maturation potential and the wine will no doubt develop further over the next 3 to 5 years.
